Advice on 4 face Buddha

Tot of sharing. It works for me thou =)
Next mth goin back to huan sheng.

Based on BKK timing.

1. To pray for wealth (including both wealth from one's business or career and that of luck): 9am to 11am Or 5pm to 10pm

2. To pray for good health out of sickness: 11am to 1pm

3. To pray for marriage happiness and good terms between husband and wife: 7am to 9am OR 1pm to 2pm

4. To pray for job happiness and security (including successful job seeking or changing jobs): 8am to 10am

5. To pray for good yield from livestock and poultries: 12noon to 2pm OR 7pm to 8pm

6. To pray for safety and security out at sea: 10am to 11am OR 4pm to 6pm

7. To pray for obtaining kids: 11am to 3pm

8. To pray success in studies: 2pm to 5pm

9. To pray for family safety and peace: Anytime from morning to night

10. To pray for success in falling in love: 8am to 12noon OR 5pm to 7pm

11. To pray for work being able to carry out smoothly and successfully: Anytime from morning to night

12. To pray for being able to be free from court/legal suits: 9am to 10am OR 5pm to 6pm

My advice is, as long as you have thy heart & sincerity, "Time, location, offerings" doesn't matter..

Heart - Kindness & Deed (i.e; do too much bad deeds, pray every sec also no use)

Sincerity - Think of nothing but thy things you want thy god to help you on when you pray.

got pricing board.

basic set of 4 flower garland+12 incense+1 candle is 25/50 baht, higher price=bigger flowers

thanks! there is a pricing board outside, one of the seller inside the temple can speak chinese one..can ask him questions if you are not sure how to go about praying..

hi sorry for the late reply. based on my observations and through googling. first, you need to light the candle first and place it on the left hand side of the statue facing the main gate. you begin praying starting from the statue facing the gate, then go in a clockwise direction, place the joss stick and the flowers at each statue after each prayers.

my guide also told me to just pray for one wish and to set a time frame, like say for the next one year etc? and dont promise anything in return, in case you cant fulfill your promise.

pls correct me if there's anything wrong in the procedures, it's my first time visiting the shrine afterall.

i see most ppl light candle last leh...
but most visitors r tourists, hard to ID locals who are more likely to do the correct procedure.

best to check with the stall holder i suppose, cos he just told me to put the candle on the left hand side of the statue facing the main gate. but he didnt tell me is it light first, or light it at the very end. i saw some ppl lighting it first, so i also monkey see monkey do..

buy the praying stuffs from the stall inside the temple. they have many
packages catered to your budget from 25B to 500B. i bought the 50B one,
it consists of 1 yellow candle for juz the main face, 4 flowers ring, 12 joss sticks.

the stalls outside would probably make you pay 300B for stuffs that you may not need unless you know what you want.

It is located diagonally across central world, nearest BTS station is chit lom station. If going from Siam paragon, jus use the sky bridge and walk towards chit lom station, half way thru u will see the Erawan Shrine on your right.

I read from Bangkok fan page in FB it said 往右 instead of clockwise... So which is which? Btw 9 November is 四面佛生日。Erwan Shine that day sure a lot of ppl.
