Do you know that Bali is 4 times bigger than Singapore?

What are you interested in? Beach? History/culture? Nightlife? Quietness? And what is your budget?

Budget? Hotels/villas in Bali can cost anything from S$20 per night to S$1000... My personal recommendation would be Hu'u Villa in Seminyak or Alila Villa Uluwatu if you have the ka ching to spare.

It is a mini honeymoon for me and my wife. We prefer somewhere quiet and we are not into nightlife. As for the tour, we will settle with our local guide. So what I am looking for here is a 4 nights stay in a recommended villa. Price range up to 300ish per night.

Hu'u Villa in Seminyak, very centrally located yet quiet, or otherwise maybe Mulia. If you have Entertainer App you can check out Banyan Tree too. I've also stayed at Anantara Uluwatu which was amazing, but be sure to book the ocean view rooms.

how about Alila Ubud ?
the infinity pool looks amazing

Sep is a good month to visit Bali bcos of cooler & drier weather. Ubud will be nice in the mornings, like AC temperature.

I stay at Fairmont Sanur last month & totally love the resort
room was huge with nice bathroom too
the hotel provides bicycles for guests to explore the area or you can stroll/jog on the concrete pavement in front of the beach
there are fast boats to nearby islands from Sanur if you wanna venture out
and you gotta try the yummilicious Italian food @ Massimo :lick:

If you are considering Ubud, I and my wife stayed at this Villa. It was $150 +10% tax/fees for AirBnB per night for 2 bedrooms. Everybody in our group (two couples) loved the place.

After that we got to know our host who is Australian and manages >20 properties at Ubud. Here is his website. Take a look. Villas are lovely.

If you are interested, send me a PM and I will introduce him so he can give you even more discount.

I've stayed at Alila Ubud and the pool is amazing!!! The food in the restaurant is awesome too and reasonably priced! If you're considering Ubud, can check out Alila Ubud or Hanging Gardens.

Tip: If you book through Mr and Mrs Smith you'll get some perks like a free massage, late checkout etc. The massage at Alila was so damn good!
