Advice on building a gaming rig

Hi I'm new to building a pc, can anybody recommend the parts for a build? I intend to use it for watching movies/playing games. My budget is 2k sgd.

Any preference for colour scheme? E.g. Black with White/Red/Blue/Green/Gold/etc…
Need any of these within the budget?

Monitor
Speaker

WiFi adapter

Placing PC on table or floor?
Any physical dimension constraint at your PC holding area?

Will your monitor screen position be facing any bright light source like window?

Which internet provider plan and router are you using?
Is your home in a relatively new apartment built in the past 8 years?
How far is your upcoming PC located from the router?
Any obstruction between your PC and router?

My 2k budget is solely for building a cpu, will be placing it on a table.

I'm setting aside another budget for my speakers (any high end recommendations?)

I will be using an acer predator x34 as my monitor, facing away the window.

I have an Ethernet cable for my router (aztech dsl1016en), singtel provider. not really sure about the speed though, should be 1gbps plan.

My apartment isn't new. my table is about 150cm long, width of 60cm

my 2cents, spend the budget on a decent headphone(get those non-gaming de, mic can just buy a cheapo 1 and attach it to ur keyboard), good for gaming also
