Advice on building a new rig

Hi,

I'd like to build a rig.
Mainly gonna use it to play games (Dota2, Payday2, XCom:Bereau). Would like to be able to play them at high settings.
Budget would be around $1.2k + $100 for casing

Wouldn't need OS, Keyboard, Mouse, Speaker, Monitor.
