Advice on custom PC

Hi Bros,

A friend wants to build a custom PC with light requirements. Appreciate if experienced bros here can advice on parts & price and also need the shop to assemble it too.

Purpose
Surf web, HK drama & online movies, light web gaming such as facebook and mainly web-based chinese chess

Budget
600 - 800 (can raise budget to meet points stated in "Others")

Components not required
mouse, keyboard, monitor

Others
CPU i5. his own preference.
HDD with 7200rpm no need ssd
wifi as no lan cable to reach router on first floor from 2nd
require OS Win 7
good cooling as room is very hot at times

GPU minimally decent if can as intel graphic such as HD4000 on his old notebook lagged badly playing candy crush. i couldn't think of other reasons as his 3yr old nb was i5, 4gb, 128ssd,win7, no heat issue and problem persist even after reformatted.

Try using different browser like Chrome to play candy crush instead?

nope doesnt work. Used IE10, safari and chrome all has same problem.

FWIW, for your friend's usage i'd just buy a cheap $500+ dell. but obviously do listen to the other advice here as well.
