Advice on mid-end ML/DL rig

Seeking advice/comments from the experts here.

I'm planning to build a Machine Learning / Deep Learning rig for work. This rig is meant to prototype/experiment/explore models before training/deploying the full model on my company's server.

The reason for not prototyping directly on my company's server is due to resource constraints, there are many other team members running their models of higher priority (i.e. for production use or client demos).

So this rig doesn't have to be super high end but it needs to be good enough for me to have at least a complete training run of models like, ResNet, Fast R-CNN, BERT, Transformer-XL, etc. I need to try out several network architectures before deciding on the final one that will be sent to my company's server for the full training run and deployment.

Here are my initial picks,

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600X
MOBO: MSI MEG X570 UNIFY
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3600
GPU: 2 x ZOTAC GAMING GEFORCE RTX 2070 SUPER AMP 8GB (Needed for Horovod and TensorRT(FP16 models))
PSU: Cooler Master V1200 Platinum Full Modular 80+ Platinum
CASE: be quiet! Dark Base 700
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken X62 AIO Cooler / be quiet! Dark Rock PRO 4

This rig will be placed in a spare room below a table, so noise and heat doesn't really matter.

Any recommendations on MOBO, CPU Cooler and Case?

AIO vs Air Cooler for open style multi GPU

Since the ZOTAC GAMING GEFORCE RTX 2070 SUPER AMP 8GB will be open style, would you recommend an AIO or an air cooler?

Will be having 2 x Silent Wings 3 as intake fans and 1 x Silent Wings 3 as exhaust and the radiator fans on top if AIO and 2 x Silent Wings 3 on top if air cooler.
