Hi guys, something's wrong with my graphic card recently (8800gt) and i decided that i should go change the graphic card... not sure if i should upgrade the rest of the parts as well. appreciate help for some input

Current rig:

Window 7 (64bit)
i5-2400 CPU 3.10ghz
4gb Ram
msi-7680
500GB HD
Nvidia 8800gt (cant detect already)

The main issue is the graphic card as it doesnt seem to be detected now and my screen has lines all over..

Budget around 600-700 (lesser better)

Mainly use for surfing, torrent and some gaming (currently dota2 but wont mind catering for slightly better) only.

Thanks guys!
