Advice on new Rig

I only have a rough idea of on some of the parts i need

Ram 2 x 8gb Kingston 1333 / 10600CL9 - need 16gb ram cos i tried 8 gb on 20 tabs with flash games and video streaming and it is not enough
Processor I5 4570
Sapphire R9 270 2GB GDDR5 OC BF4 Edition
Corsair H110 280mm Extreme Performance cos i don't want bulky heat sink which traps more dust.
Crucial M500 240GB SSD SATA3 for OS
WD Blue for Storage
Seasonic G Series 650W Modular 80+ Gold (5Yrs)
Samsung ODD

Casing and MB i have no idea on what to get, no doing any OC or add on. Just using it till it dies.
