Advice on printer for home office usage

Hi Guys,

Need your expertise on the two Mono-Laser printers which i have short listed for my home office usage.
The below two models are recommended by sales staffs at C but i'm totally lost when they were explaining on their specs. :s22:
Hence, i thought that it would be better for me to get some advices on HWZ for this two printers before purchasing. :D
The first printer would be Fuji Xerox M265Z :
