Advice on university posting

My diploma GPA is 2.9 and PSB has a 1 year degree in biomedical science. would it be a good idea to take that 1 year private degree and use it to apply for another degree in NTU? i’ve tried applying at NTU however i was rejected. Any advice on what i can do other than going overseas to study?

Go take a level as private candidate

Make use of that diploma knowledge
