hi guys, first time posting here. would like input on which parts to tweak, if necessary, to suit my needs. and whether the below build fits my budget.

budget is $2k. want to run dual 1440p 145hz monitors. usually play mmorpgs, arpgs, occasional aaa games that are more demanding.

cpu: amd ryzen5 3600
mobo: msi b450 gaming pro carbon ac
ram: klevv bolt 3200mhz 16gb (2x8gb)
gpu: zotac rtx 2070 super amp extreme
ssd: xpg sx8200 pro 1tb nvm m.2
psu: hydro ge 650w 80+ gold
cooler: bequiet pure rock
case: bequiet purebase 500 tg

thanks!

Number of monitors doesn't really matter. However, what you intend to do with the monitor matters a lot. If you wish to run AAA titles at single monitor 1440@144hz even a RTX 2080Ti is not sufficient. You'd have to lower the settings a lot to achieve that. Honestly, a 2070S is only good for a single screen 1080@60fps maxed out.

is the 3200mhz insufficient other than 3600mhz being faster? sorry I noob. haha.

thanks for the tip on the psu!

in most cases, I intend to game on 1 monitor and use the other for web stuff, youtube, spotify, etc. if such a game permits, play on dual screens. I'm ok with the border in the middle. just prefer the flexibility of dual screens.

Your 0.1% fps will be higher. It can mean something for 144hz, it can also mean nothing. It is up to the person playing.

Well, as for GPU, that pretty much the limit of your budget.
