Hi guys, my pc finally got spoilt after 5yrs++.

I'm thinking of getting e new diy system.

Usage: Most of the time surf net, Watch videos, anime, super sentai.. etc.

I very seldom play game on pc nowadays, even if I play I only play games like Maplestory, Dota 1, those old C&C games like generals.

I need a complete system with OS, DVD writer, and preferably with ssd.

I don't need Monitor, Mouse, keyboard. Budget $1k, . Pls advise, thanks :)

Actually even such system is sufficient:

CPU+MB: Intel Pentium G2130 + ASRock B75M-DGS @ $145
A tier upgrade over your Core 2 Duo E8400.
RAM: ADATA Premier DDR3-1600 CL11 8GB @ $85
More than enough to fly around Maplestory Aquila Channel 1 Free Market seeing everyone else lagging. :s22:
GPU: PowerColor HD 7750 1GB @ $87
A small boost over your GTS 250.
SSD: Plextor M5S 128GB @ $127
HDD: Western Digital Green 2TB @ $106
Store all your favourite movies, animes inside this humongous capacity HDD without worrying over lack of space.
ODD: Samsung 24X CD/DVD Writer [OEM] @ $21
CASE+PSU: In Win BK644 [White] + Powerman IP-P300BN7-2 300W SFX [80 Plus] @ $89
OS: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit [OEM] @ $115

Total: $775

Buy and Build from Tradepac, #05-18.

MoneyFace...

It seems that you recommend the win casing quite often, but I cant see in TP price list and I cant find the win casing website too.....

May I know if I have a SFX PSU 450w, can it fit into the casing?
The casing already come with the 300w PSU or is just a promo for the bundle?

Im curious whether the PSU u recommend is a custom PSU which my SFX 450w PSU cant fit in and whats the dimension of the casing...
Just to add some questions, hope TS dun mind..

As of last week TP still do have the USB 3.0 version of In Win BK644 on display. It seems like In Win has removed that BK644 model from their website and maybe discontinued soon. :(

Anyway, In Win BK644 already comes with the aforementioned 80 Plus 300W SFX PSU that is a FSP OEM product. You also wouldn't have any issue swapping the PSU out for your 450W one since SFX form factor dimensions are pretty standard.

For your usage, 4gb ram, intel hd graphics and standard hdd is enough. You can save your money since you dont need that performance.
