Advise for used CPU bundle price

Please advise whether is bundle below worth $360?

Assume 100% working condition but no more warranty.

1. CPU : Intel® Core™ i5-3570K Processor
2. MOBO : ASUS ROG MAXIMUS V GENE (Micro ATX Z77 gaming board)
3. RAM : Corsair Vengeance® — 16GB Dual Channel (8GB x 2) DDR3 Memory Kit (CMZ16GX3M2A1866C10)

Well what's the total amount u have purchased? And how long is this system been use?

nope , since no more warranty you cannot expect it to work for years ahead

deduct the ram ... $300 budget can get haswell no-overclock i5 + mobo .... with warranty

just need to change from ATX to MATX, so considering whether just change mobo or bundle then sell whatever are replaced...
