Need advise on which degree to take
In my 30s, thinking of getting a degree with Hons
Grad from NYP, course ECC

was looking at UCD IT or Business (But my eng not that good)
Or SIM UOW

Please advise

Your clarity on your interest and where you want your career to go is.

You can throw out your option SIMGE UOW, it is a basic degree when studied in sg.

Have you seek your company's support for your "seek a cert fast" endeavour?
It is important that your company supports your decision and are planning to expand their graduate-level spots, or else you will just be another uni graduate without any graduate-level job-scope/pay in the company.

You may want to find out from your colleagues on which uni they studied for their degree and what major. This will give you a gist of what your company is looking for.

My interest in IT or IT related,

I had 2 colleagues same dept who studied for Kaplan Murdoch University Business in Information system Quit, as Manager of the dept don't want to raise their pay, reason "been not related deg or i don't give da*n abt ur deg"

Have you talk to your manager or whoever that is in-charge of promotion/pay-raise on what are the requirements to qualify for promotion/pay-raise?
And seek their advice on your performance and how far away are you from that requirement.
It will be good to also know what qualifications your manager have, so you can plan accordingly.

Have those 2 colleagues who studied at kaplan and quit, found jobs of better prospects?
