Looking to build a rig and this is what someone recommended me. Just wanted some second opinion as I'm pretty clueless.

Motherboard : Asus b150 Pro Gaming Aura
CPU : i5 6400
Graphic card : Rx480
Rams : 2x8gb DDR4 Geil Evo X
Case : PHANTEKS P400 Tempered Glass
Power Supply : Superlower 650w Full Modular Gold
Storage : 180gb Intel Pro SSD
Storage : 1tb HDD
OS : Windows 10 Home
Wireless adapter : Asus PCE N-15
CPU Cooler: ID-Cooling DK-03 heat sink (black)
Monitor: Dell 28" 4K Monitor S2817Q

Any experts able to advise?

What is your budget?

Targeted gaming resolution?

Games you would like to play?

Budget including monitor is around 2.5k +/-

Intend to play witcher 3, crysis 3, overwatch and hopefully other upcoming higher requirement graphic games...

Use stock cooler provided by Intel, save some cash here. Change your processor to i5 7500 / 7600 for better performance.

Swap out your RX480 to GTX1070. (GTX1080, if budget permits because your monitor will be 4K)

For 4K Gaming, you would need GTX1080 for better experience with higher settings. GTX1070 will be struggling to play on 60fps constant on Crysis 3, Witcher 3.

GTX1080 would be way out of my 2.5k budget...

Might consider investing in gtx1070 and sacrifice being able to play crysis3/witcher3 at 60fps on 4k...

Hmmm some corners u can cut

If u are the kind that will NOT be using more than 1 graphics card, and won't need additional PCIe slots, can go for a itx board with build it wifi. 1st saving don't need to get wifi card

Go for tecware case, 2nd saving

3rd saving, don't bother about a cpu cooler, just use stock heatsink provided with cpu

Get the cheapest1080 on the market, some on carousell selling around $900 or u could get them on qoo10 with discounts..

Hairworks enabled on witcher 3 is quite a killer
