Advise on upgrade using back ddr3ram

Which cheapest cpu+motherboard should I go for, my amd 945 just die on me.Using back my ddr3 & 1060 gpu

I've been using Skylake with DDR3 ram. Yea it's non-official support, but if you're scared of 1.5V I/O screwing up your CPU you can always undervolt the RAM to 1.35V so it becomes the same voltage as DDR3L. Most electronics don't care about a +-10% voltage difference.

Bought Asus B150M-A D3 with G4560. How to boot with a usb external CD Rom, can't see any CD drive in the bios manual screen

Skylake cannot boot from USB external DVD drive...

The casing techware f3 doesn't come with a CD Rom slot so I bought external dvd drive.

Go download and burn USB 3.0 patched Windows 7 ISO into thumbdrive and install.

If not, open up chassis side panel and plug in your internal ODD from previous rig to install. No need to secure the ODD to any bay. Just let it hang it around for the time being..
