[Advise] unable to boot after os installed

Hi. I alre install my os but whenever I on my pc I struck at this page

My specs
Mb: Asus hero alpha
Cpu: i5 6600k
CPU cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H115i Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler

aio cooler is connected to a water pump header provided by the motherboard.

Cpu-fan header is connected to my fan hub which is preinstalled into my case.

Either disable the warning in BIOS, or connect CPU fan to CPU fan header
