Was just wondering how old we should start going to maintain our face?

I'm currently just doing laser for my pigmentation (freckles)

Thinking about doing injection for example botox, skin boosters or something that can still look chio.

Comparing prices from SG / Thai / Korea / MYR

Any advice or any one recently also facing aging issues looking for help feel free to comment :)

I had a friend who was the CEO of a private medical group and they had another subsidiary business in aesthetics. Through his referral, I had a free dermal filler session done under the CMO of that aesthetics arm last year. It was a training session conducted by another doctor who is considered an expert in dermal fillers procedure. I find the results quite good, gives the cheeks more volume (our cheeks area will lose volume as we age) and face is "tighten" and has a nicer "chiseled" look.
I was advised by the doc that actually for procedures like botox and fillers to be more effective, can start going for the procedure around late 30s to early 40s before the fine lines became more deep seated. Its not that if you do it at 50 it won't be effective, but you will probably need more injections to see results and they going to cost more and the results won't last as long as compared to if you do it when the fine lines just started surfacing which is typically around late 30s and onwards.

Affordable and value for money, really depends how on you see it.. I've tried Ultherapy with Halley Aesthetics! It helps to lift your sagging skin and good for anti-ageing as well! Results is not instant but effects can last up to 1 year ++ depends on ur maintenance!

I've tried Ultherapy and similar skin tightening treatments but honestly don't find them effective. Best to save your money for something which actually gives results.

If you do want to go ahead and try, consider South Korea. Ultherapy costs approximately S$300 for 100 lines. You might need 400+ lines which will save you thousands compared to Singapore.

Also, recommend getting treatments to boost skin collagen and treat volume loss e.g. sculptra and Juvelook volume.

JB can slightly cheaper compared to SG.

Anyone can share experience and which is recommend to go for an effective laser to permanently remove dark spot? What type of laser most effective ?
Is it a one time or need a few follow up treatments ?
Any reputable clinic in Jb for cheaper price? If not, any reasonable priced SG ones ?

For dark spots pico laser is usually the go-to because it breaks down the pigmentation without too much downtime. Most people need a few sessions, so can't expect one shot and confirm gone.

For SG side, I did pico laser at The Clifford Clinic under Dr Gerard Ee. Pricing quite reasonable compared to some of those atas aesthetic chains, and the consultation is legit, they're not the type that just push packages at you. Can consider.
