Trigger is stress. I know everybody has stress but some people have short circuit in the brain causing hallucinations n delusions. My delusion was that I could talk to God n heard HIS voice in my head.

They will tie you up if you are suicidal. But won't leave you tied up for long periods coz you need to pangsai n pee. But they inject you with haloperidol if you are not cooperative.

I remember some of the patients would provoke the nurses to get a response from them. It's very boring there. No one to talk to except fellow patients n the nurses. It gets boring after the third day.

Some of the patients are admitted for family problems. Their families don't want them so get them admitted to the hospital. Some are violent. I met one violent fellow. He was a Malay who had a grievous hurt prison sentence. He thought people were provoking him by staring at him. He was released after 2 days coz he was very disruptive to the patients and nurses.

You can make phone calls but the nurses are listening in on the conversation. You not allowed to show your emotions. Can't shout.
