i know outside the IMH ward got exercise ground but still within the compound cos i workout there last time. but i nv see patients there before.

Can do exercise in the activity room or ward.
Got one garden to do exercise but now not allowed coz of covid.

Is the bachor mee or wanton mee stall still there? I can only faintly remember it was beside the kopi stall. Caipng you need to walk to the back.

Last time I volunteer that time I also got go to the arts and crafts store to buy gifts.

Half of the nurses are kind and caring towards patients, while half have been provoked till they don't care for any funny business of any kind and will raise their voice if they are not happy with patients.

Don't try anything there. Can still go jail even if you are mentally unsound mind. Jail is even worse place than IMH. Anyway got male nurse to protect female nurses. Ratio of one male nurse to two female nurses.

Kitchen assistant handles knives

Different people got different conditions.....

Doesn't mean if a patient means they are necessarily violent or suicidal. There are things like anxiety disorders as well and each type of condition can have a wide spectrum. Even someone diagnosed with schizophrenia can handle a knife if their condition is stable.

Anyway, the OTs always do assessment of their clients before deciding whether they should be placed on a particular training program.

When Phase 2 started, could have family visits. My family bought me food which I liked. I ate satay, wanton noodles, zinger burger and pizza. My family is quite rich so could afford Western meals at IMH for every meal. Breakfast I had ham slice with oatmeal n hot dog bun with butter and jam. Sometimes there were eggs for breakfast, even scrambled eggs and omelette.

How much you paying for the bed? Which class? Class A? How come your breakfast so Atas one. I only had tea/kopi and bread for breakfast. And the hospital meals sucks to the core, only outside food taste better.

I paid 92 dollars for the daily treatment and ward fee in total. You can order the Class A meal although you stay class B2. You must request for it. They never tell you about it. Coz they assume you will take the default meal.

Nowadays, government hospitals have a psychiatry department and ward. Families prefer to let their relatives be warded there than having a record in IMH.

somehow i feel he is just scaring u.
there is no specialize care for mental patients in jail. so not possible
