(Bloomberg) -- Shares of South Korean movie and drama studios as well as those related to Netflix plunge amid tepid initial reception of the second season for “Squid Game.”
Artist United, in which Squid Game’s main actor Lee Jung-Jae is the biggest holder, tanks as much as 29%; Wysiwyg Studios, a production firm with a stake in Artist United, plunges as much as 24%, the most since March 2020
Dexter Studios, a Korean partner of Netflix, sinks as much as 22%, the most since March 2020; Production house Showbox -18%, Studio Dragon -6%
