Just cleared JB Immigration at CIQ via EGate.

No long queue at EGates but long queue at the manual immigration counters at CIQ.

After I've voted I relax and drink teh at Sembawang MRT Station then take the train to Marsiling mrt station to take bus opposite Marsiling Primary School to go to Woodlands Checkpoint KTM Railway Station then walked to Woodlands Checkpoint EGates.

Bus bay at Woodlands Checkpoint and CIQ checkpoint no jammed. Causeway bus lane also cleared except the car lanes.

Now I intend to go to Paradigm Shopping Mall at Tampoi by bus to take videos and upload it to my YouTube channel.

Never thought of buying a plot of land in Philippines to build a homestay for tourists in popular areas? Treat it as retirement income.

I know this is good money. When I visited Bali about 20 years ago, I stayed in a homestay operated by a lady. She had about 10 rooms and she said almost every day was full house. She charged about USD$20-30 per room.

Just now after exited JB via EGate at CIQ I saw at the arrival hall at JB Checkpoint manual counters got crowds without and without kids and there was a long queue at the JB Immigration manual counters. This indicate that foreigners working or studying in SG are visiting JB.
Singaporeans and Malaysians use EGates to enter and exit JB.
Other Foreign Nationalities must register the online arrival to visit JB and have their passport stamped at the manual immigration counters when entering JB and exiting JB.

you took bus to jb sentral from woodlands checkpoint?

I took the bus from Woodlands Checkpoint to JB Checkpoint CIQ first. Then cleared JB Immigration via EGate then walked to JB Sentral Building. From JB Sentral you can also walk to City Square Mall because it is connected by a bridge too.
