other factors to consider:
1. transportation cost to & fro AF charges ?
2. system downtime for how long? will your system treated as priority when send in to their workshop ?
3. if they need to test the GPU, do they need to use your login or you need to create a user account for them to test any benchmarks?
4. do they registered the warranty for you directly?
5. if you plan to resell the GPU within warranty period, any issue in future the new owner will need to come back to you?
6. remember to take note of your old gpu serial number for some reasons....
1) Bring along all the additional cables that was sent to you when you first received the machine.
2) Update NVIDIA drivers to the latest before bringing the machine down.
3) Create another administrator local account for us to perform the upgrading of the drivers and other important system files on the day of the upgrade or if you are comfortable with us accessing your account, do let us know the password.
4) Should there be any compatibility issues on the day of installation, the team will advise alternatives accordingly and if the alternate options are not viable, you can cancel the upgrade and ask for a refund.
5) We will try our best to complete the upgrading within the same day but do try to come in on Tues to Friday.
6) There is a $50 express courier service if you are unable to bring the unit down to us.
