aftershock issue

Bought laptop for 1.5 years went to service it at least 8 times, mostly cause of fan disruption, 1 time LCD got problem, told me to wait 2-3 weeks cause out of stock, then had to go back down again

One occasion where fan spoilt, got replaced, and the next day spoil again, told them about the fan problem but they said fans is in working condition

Recently went to service laptop again, was told that they didnt have stock for battery replacement as they dont make it anymore. Had to pre-order it and get it shipped from manufacturer, and needed 2-3 months before it arrives. My laptop only 1.5 years old, such a short time frame, found it very wierd. they gave a reason that there were new models and this was kinda out-dated.

I am not surprised they don't keep stocks for old parts as it costs money.
I will go for Dell if I need long life of the laptop. Otherwise, all other manufacturers same issue with aftershock. And I won't pay to buy extended warranty with these guys. It took me 9 months for my brand new HP business laptop to get a refund after more than 10 times of repair.
