Hi, about 2 years ago i bought an AfterShock laptop and i just want to highlight a few thing that i find very very Unhappy about.
1.) When i bought the laptop it had 780m GTI x2 and i believe that the momment i bought it, the next week they Upgrade it to 790m GTI. (It even before i actually receive the product into my hands) So i decide to ask them for an upgrade since it cost also same price.
Their Reply: No, since you bought the Gcard already we cannot upgrade it for you. Also i decide to cancel my order because of this and they say that you will not get a refund due to their policy etc. (***** SIM LIM Case part 4 knn)
2.) Aftershock PC is horrible and their customer service sucks. You are building a good Laptop or Rig? Dont go to them. Why? They literally act that they are the best and know it all. Doesn't mean they go on the news and TV means they are the best and when u choose something that you desire your PC to be, they ask and say that its not Nessasry for you don't play much games and your work load it not as much us.
.............Literally run you down and turn you off.
3.) Their product has no Warranty, go check and register online.. all not valid.
4.) Their Hard-Disk and internal product that cannot be sin from us is 2nd Hand, means it has been use before or from scrap.
5.) Their shop has no class, who the fk will want to go to such shop where when u walk in and u see 2-3 people lying down on the ***** floor
6.) Marcus, you been there and done that and i believe you don't even know a FK about computer and how the Ram and Gcard works. My Goodness.
7.) Their design it totally horrible.
8.) You can die looking at a team, try to suggest something to them and see their replied. "No we can't do it" or Either ".,................." or even best, No REPLY.
Overall Aftershock PC - 1/10
Goodluck to all those who want to buy from them.
I recommend Custom RIG Builders instead of them.
