Also have a 17" LG monitor somewhere. Still working but color is off already :s13:

Hopefully yours come soon also. Tomorrow chase them abit on their web page.

Damn.. ask them to expedite your prism monitor. Tomorrow will forward the email to them again. Got a feeling will not respond also šŸ˜‚

i bought a laptop from then in early mid. ETA 1st may.

It was also delayed and i only just received it few days ago.

Emailed them 2-3 days prior to 1st may to check on ETA was told that it was due for 1st May and i needed to top up for delivery. So i went to top up for delivery and waited till few days after no laptop showed up. So contacted live chat and told that there was a delay for laptop.

.

Why do you need to top up for delivery???

Hi OP, I have enquired last week on their delivery timing and was also told that custom build need 2-3 weeks and RTS needs 4-6 days. The timeline didn’t really tally with some of the customers comments in forums (iirc, in this forum) so didn’t order from them in the end.

hmmm. so looks like sales still trumps customer expectation management.

i didnt have a pleasant experience with them recently as well.

bought my laptop from them last year (was quite happy with the purchase) then suay suay kena water damage last month. i immediately called in and asked if i could send in for repair and they said yes but for water damage cases, they will need 3 weeks to let the parts dry up first before they do any diagnosis.

3 weeks passed, no calls no emails no updates. fine, so i called in and they said i requested my laptop to be sent back which i obviously didnt. ok so miscomm nvm. i requested them to do a diagnosis asap so i could get my laptop back and also to let me know the costs involved.

dragged another 10 days which they said they are trying very hard to manually dry up the motherboard so that i would not have to pay to replace it. so i asked, how much to replace it for the worst case scenario and they said $750. that same day at midnight, i received an sms that says my laptop is ready for collection.

i went down the following day and the sales rep presented me with the invoice of $750. tbh i was damn pissed but nvm, cos ** period and i dont wanna make things difficult for the staff also. the thing is, i dont mind paying but why never inform beforehand?

now emailed them about my disappointment also no reply after almost a month. not looking forward to their reply already, cos they would not be looking forward to my patronage in future anyway. still wanted to buy their prism tv if they had replied but nvm, end up i bought xiaomi tv which had way better customer service.

support local but what do u get in return? loads of disappointment! this support local **** is rubbish imo.
