How's the built quality as compared to Alienware?

I am also interested to get one for study too. How fast is the turn around for Onsite Pickup and Return?

A Friend of mine sent it in for a power button issue and got it back on the same day.

From my experience with one, it's pretty well built with exceptional specifications for its price. It can be comparable to any mainstream manufacturer such as dell.

Have opened one before as well - always liked to see threadlocked screws

That you would have to check with them! Try posting on the official thread or PM them!

Am pretty interested in the 1000m series as well - good to see how much of a leap it is to a desktop equivalent of X gens behind.

As of now, they still dont have usbc/thunderbolt 3 connectors. Wait till neck long long.

Do not underestimate the importance of USB-C ports. If major companies (think apple, samsung) are indeed pushing hard, it can be within one or two years before USB-C gets mainstream.
