Almost all credit cards have 7% off at Agoda. Maybank ANZ, etc.

Been enjoying this for maybe 1 year already

I've compared the price using this DBS agoda and via the public agoda website and all the way till the screen where u enter your credit card details, it doesn't seem to have any difference in price??

Does the discount only apply after you click to pay? Can anyone confirm? :s11:

discount will be shown only after you entered credit card number on the payment page.

Sorry for upping this thread.

I'm booking agoda for the first time. I have gone into the dbs agoda link and booked an eligible hotel. However it does not state the additional 7% discount in the final value. Is this normal? I selected "pay later" option, does it matter?

Thanks in advance for clarifying my doubts!

Hi Nicholas,

The promo website belongs to Agoda, and not DBS Bank, which makes it hard for us to provide a definitive answer at this point. Hope you can allow us some time to check with Agoda's side before we can get back on this.

Hi Nicholas,

Coming back to you on your question, the pay later or 'post paid' option is not eligible for the discount, only the prepaid option.

And the promotion applies to bookings at participating destinations & designated hotels (i.e. those with green 'Promotion Eligible' flag), made through www.agoda.com/dbssg only.

Hi DBSk,

https://www.dbs.com.sg/personal/promotion/cards-offer-agodadec?9 shows clearly there's 7% discount applicable for booking at Agoda using DBS credit card via the linked page. At the payment page, after selecting to use my DBS credit card for payment, the 7% discount was not applied. Previously, I've no issue with this. Could you check with Agoda? Thanks.

It is better to send DBS a pm as high chance they may not notice this post or all the post.
