Before going deep and popularly into AI, do plan and consider contingency when AI is unavailable or malfunctioning due to various reasons or events ?
Examples:
1) War
- AI data centres are shutting down due to unsafe situation, power utilities insufficiency etc ?
- AI data centres are being bomb to ashes ?
2) AI Cyber Attacks
3) Sabotaging and Damaging of seabed underground network infrastructure
4) High absurd unaffordable cost
