Hi, anyone here got use the AIA healthcare app and see their AIA Qualified health partners? I went to search for their AQHP and found private clinic doctors at mount elizabeth. Question is do i need to pay first for the consulation/MRI/Xrays if i visit them or will be covered. I have AIA healthshield gold max A, but no max essentials but got pink of health.

Integrated Shield plans (and riders) are hospitalization insurance plans. If you're just going to the doctor, you pay for your outpatient care first. Then, if and only if you are hospitalized for the same condition, you can file an insurance claim. In the case of AIA's Gold Max A Integrated Shield plan, and if you visit an "AQHP" medical provider, there's a 13 month look-back period.

Keep your receipts, basically.
