AIA insurance question

Hi all, I have ORDed and I bought additional AIA living care insurance. However for the past few months I don't recall any deduction on my bank account. How should i go about checking the status of my insurance?

I referring to the SAF group insurance that's why post here. Don't have insurance agent how to check via AIA? I check NS.sg got no information on my insurance too

There’s such thing as an AIA website where you can find their contact details right? Wah piang eh?

U know how to check NS.sg but dunno the existence of AIA website????
