AIA Star shield plus query

just wondering.. if someone needs to make claim from star shield plus plan.. is it a lot of hassle? how is the process like?

Never sold it but claim procedure should be standard. Filled claim form, signed it and sent to insurer (or your agent) with your receipt. Make sure your agent get you the correct form to fill though. Star Shield is a PA plan so don't use a PA claim form.
