The discount is only on selected food from Cold Storage namely those more healthy food. It is a scheme to encourage healthy living.

The scheme is only for AIA policy holders. Discount on policy premium is available (https://www.aiavitality.com.sg/memberportal/partners/insurance_premium_discount#/need_to_know) if you can hit their health point per annum. Health point can be achieve through gym, running races, weight loss, stop smoking, etc. Gym membership can be purchase at a discount as well if you are under the membership.

The membership is $9 per month.

Hey all. Anyone using this? How has it been for you? Is AIA Vitality Lite also $9 a month? Or free? Thanks. Found info here but not the cost.

Vitality membership is only $3 per month. No idea on lite version as I am not on that. I used to get back all the membership fee just by being on silver level but it seems like they have changed the cashback to gold level now.

How and when is the 15% cashback on healthy food credited?
I have activated the benefit but not received any cashback yet on my Cold Storage purchases. Only received the points for purchasing the healthy items.

Cashback is in the form of vouchers and vouchers will be sent to you electronically via email in the middle of each month.

To those who are not sure what this Vitality Membership is about, it is a membership program for AIA policy holders and rewards you based on your health.

There are quite a few discounts, but the most recent benefit launched is our Vitality Weekly app that you can download on your phone which you can get $5 + $5 vouchers every week for use at Cold Storage, Starbucks, or Uber. Each voucher will only expire after 2 weeks.

A summary of how to get the $5 + $5 every single week:

1) Walk 7500 steps for 5 days or 12500 steps for 3 days.
- 7500 = 50 points
- 12500 = 100 points
- You just need a total of 250 points for one $5 voucher

2) Form your own team of 3
- If everyone in your team hits 250 points for the week, you get another $5 voucher.

Total of $10 every week, $520 in a year.

This is seriously something everyone should leverage on imho.

The membership is only $3 per month and you can get up to $40 back per month.

If you are asking what is the catch then.. well I think the only catch here is that you have to be an AIA policyholder?

Yes, do sign up for the Vitality membership; its probably the only good thing from AIA. Then again, its not even their creation. AIA merely adopted the Vitality partnership when Discovery Vitality came searching for a partner in SEA.
