I believe the public offer is 35 to 1000 shares you owned and the offer price is around $1.19, which means it is about 0.024 lower than the private placement of $1.214...... I expect the public offer to be fully taken up with low chances of success for a 100% excess application.....

this is a well liked, well supported REIT, which not much talked or koyok sell by people..... it has been paying quiTe consistent dpu of 0.10 since 2015.... even in Covid years, it paid around 0.09, which based on its average price of $1.35 over the many years works out to around 7.5%! Of course those whose cost price is lower means higher percentage yield..... at current price its percentage yield would be even more attractive......

additional to the public offer, shareholders would be entitled to an advance dpu of 0.018 ..... if you still hold or have the shares by 7 June ....
I hold many many years liao hope to get lucky with excess rights too. Readers in forum don't "snatch" with me can? Hahaha 😂

I thougth the take up rate should be good too, just not sure why private placement closes at the lower end meaning take up rate is not good from institutions. Anyone knows if this is under subscribed?

Just research all the reits that ipo in the 2000s and now still listed in SGX. Their longevity speak something at least. All my reits are ipo times until today. You win some lose some but if overall is win should be ok

You should be getting another email later, then you can choose what options you are going to take. This can be done online now with SCB.
