Aio cooler question

Hello guys, I recently just bought a deepcool gammax l240 v2 cooler and when it arrived.

I unboxed it and noticed that the pump is wet and the plastic covering it has water droplet in it is it normal?

first time buying aio so kinda unsure thanks...
