What I've gathered from following the threads so far:

The models from the taobao shop 微创联合 (WCLH) has been recommended by the other bros quite a bit, so I went with that. It seems there are quite a number of owners of their other products in sg already. User sehsuan has been helping others tompang order for this WCLH laser model with graphical display @299rmb.

I ordered this WCLH laser model @240rmb and a cheaper nobrand IR model @65rmb to compare and try. Was thinking if the cheaper one is decent enough for agaration usage, can get a couple of the 'cheap' ones to put around the house as long as I have a 'good' one for benchmark.

These 'budget' or value-oriented models usually have no built-in battery. So yes, need to be connected to a portable usb power bank to power on.

If you want built-in rechargeable battery, check out the models which are more finished with proper casing. For these, you will also have to check carefully which shipping forwarders don't have restriction against devices with built-in batteries.

Bought AX40 replacement filter from Happymall during the recent sale on 22nd Oct. Bought the 2x for free EMS shipping.

Ordered on 22nd, shipped on 23rd, arrived today (26th). Both filters in the Samsung boxes.

Yap corrected.

Wrap around the grill to improve over the suction power.
I put normal vari hepa filter place at behind will do.

But I found it work great with Samsung AX40 customise 45mm thickness hepa as well

Wanna cheap can decide use with polyfoam and cut into size and place at the back.
