Just realized I still got a brand new Air+ reuseable mask back when the govt distribute for covid in my drawer, checked expiry 2024 but its unopened. Can save money from buying new mask and hopefully the haze will be gone in 30 days (can only reuse up to 30 washes).

A new, locally developed reusable mask offers N95-grade protection against both the haze and the Covid-19 virus, and provides a better fit for Asian faces.
The Air+ Reusable Mask by ST Engineering, like the N95 mask, can filter 95 per cent of particles between 0.1 and 0.3 microns in size, including dust and smoke particles found in the haze, and the Covid-19 virus, which is 0.1 micron in size.

Ya I think I'll pass

Those surgical and cloth mask are useless for haze, see many people wearing as good as dont wear.

Need to have N95-Grade Filtration: The mask filters at least 95% of fine particles measuring between 0.1 and 0.3 microns, which includes the smoke and PM2.5 dust particles found in haze.

Hmm, means what?

murphy's law. once you spend $18 on a mask, the haze disappears.

Right now Pakcik has turned on the air purifier that Pakcik bought in 2013. Thankfully it's still working and Pakcik bought a new filter when Pakcik was still employed many many years ago. cos Pakcik has no money to buy anything now. it was a good investment.

I also have but can't find it. Only found a box of unused 'Assure' brand surgical masks. Just came back from the supermarket, a lot of street people are not wearing masks. šŸ˜…
