I booked 15 tickets with pyotravel @ $372 nett. Transit at HKIA, which is good for my wonton mee.
Best timing imo is departure 1am, reach tw 9am, leaving Taiwan @ 11.50am, reach sg 8pm.

Under group booking, it is.
You can try asking all the travel agents.
It is hidden rule. If not why you think they always so good to have such a thing as group tour and have the tour guide going with you.
Not because you have paid for it, but rather it comes free after a certain number of booking.

Book liao jio sua. No point thinking over it.

If you booked liao then bo bian.
Next time you can check wth your friends who work in a travel agency.
