Airasia Payment Issue

I recently booked a flight from SIN->DMK> I pay via enets for my air ticket, however there is no pop-up confirmation of flight booking, nor itinerary being sent to my hotmail account within 24 hours.

However, when i access my bank account, i have realised that my money has been deducted to Air asia

I went back to the booking page just to confirm if my seat is taken. However, the seat remains unbooked.

So, i send an e-form to them with my ibanking statement attached.

I was just wondering on average how long will they get back to me? And also, what will happen particularly for my case?

Airasia reply quite fast one.

If not you use the online chat. You will have to wait for your turn, they will advise you how many ppl infront of you and you will be given 3 mins to chat. This is faster than email.
