Hi recommendation for 4 adults with 2 separated room preferred that's near city area? Please recommend.

Hope this help.
I stayed there in Nov 2017, $70 per night, very cheap.
The train station is about 10mins walk away, coz I have rented car, so didn't mind stay a bit far away from the station.
5mins walk to a 24 hours supermarket (Sheng Siong standard)
Some nearby restaurants but never tried.

Nov 2017 was before the Airbnb law applies. Now it is quite likely the listing is no longer there. Other listings are almost hotel prices.
