Not sure what's your budget, apartments can vary a lot. For Airbnb, you don't really know the exact address until you confirm your booking and then you find out the route there can be a bit of a navigation challenge with kids around.

Otherwise, you can try Oakwood Premier Tokyo near Tokyo Station. Convenient moving about with kids, directly connected to the station.

My advice is to focus on a few neighbourhoods that you like and aim for a good apartment there. You'd need to reconfirm the address with the host as quite often the location indicated at airbnb is misleading.

the rooms are generally small and having 2 rooms is troublesome. So far there isn't much rooms with 2 queen beds. Or any there any recommendations for family rooms.
