I am not from these vocations but have some knowledge. I believe you are talking about Enhanced Warrant Officers Scheme (EWOS) for GBAD & Guards. EWOS for GBAD is know as Air Defence Systems Specialist (ADSS).

After BMT, you will go SCS for Foundation Term. After that, you will attend your vocational training (Guard will attend Professional Term in SCS while ACS & ADSS attend their respective training in AFTC). After vocational training, you will go back SCS for Combined Arms Term.

Only guard will POP in SCS as Infantry Specialist rather then their respective vocation. They will be posted to their unit to attend guards conversion course. As they advance their career, they will go for SAF courses like PS & CSM course.

For ACS, your training is base on helicopter at AFTC. If you post to unit dealing with transport plane, you will go for SAF courses like Aerial Cargo Rigger Course at 3 TPT BN.

For ADSS, you will go for SAF courses like Driving Course at STC & go back to unit to learn how to drive vehicles like Cadillac Gage V-200 Commando & etc.

For ACS & ADSS, they still needs to go for their advance course in AFTC to upgrade their vocation to Senior Specialist & become 'Supervisor' level.

Then when you are promoted to 3WO, you will go for your Joint Leadership Course (JLC) in SAF Warrant Officer School (SAFWOS) however you do not POP as 2WO. Base on your performance & conduct in your unit, you will be promoted to 2WO & later 1WO in your unit. Any point of time, if your deployment is to become RSM or equivalent in Army or Air Force, you will go Army Battalion Regimental Sergeant Major Course (ABRSM) in SAFWOS. When you are around 1WO, you will go for Joint Advanced Leadership Course (JALC) to be consider for promotion to MWO after you POP for a period of time. When you are around MWO, you will go for Joint Senior Leadership Course (JSLC) to be consider for promotion to SWO after you POP for a period of time. If you have potential to hold CWO appointment, you may go for Command and Staff Course (CSC) at Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College (GKS CSC) & the minimum rank to enter CSC is MWO.

Any other questions?

It is still not a MUST for CWO to go CSC but maybe in the near future cause got pioneer WOs holding CWO appointment go that course.

I was an Ex-NSF, completed my ORNS & now MR (waiting to ROD)! I am holding a Specialist rank but in a WO vocation.

For air warfare officer (GBAD), you will be posted to OCS (after BMT) for 9 weeks (CLM + AFST), follow by 26 weeks at AFTC for professional term & lastly 3 weeks joint term before you commission as air warfare officer (GBAD) to hold PC appointment in your unit. Then you needs to attend Company Tactics Course (CTC) before you can go for Battalion Tactics Course (BTC) in Army Officers' Advanced School (AOAS). Most of the time, you will only be an OC leading your company when you are holding MAJ rank. Of course during your CPT rank, you maybe in AFTC or OCS for your instructor tour. Even if CPT is the minimum requirement to go go for Command and Staff Course (CSC) at Goh Keng Swee Command and Staff College (GKS CSC), most likely only when you reach MAJ rank then they sent you for this course. As a normal degree holder, you may retired as LTC or SLTC.
