Are multi-city fares normally excluded from promos?

Itinerary is SIN > TOKYO, then OSAKA > SIN.

Just realized that after adding in seat booking fees it comes up to about S$1,000 per passenger on ANA.

SQ is even more awesome - at S$2,000 per passenger.

Are these the normal pricing?

I booked open jaw SQ before at $680 but need to reserve ~9 months in advance. Non refundable.

Same flight, same destination, same time, sq more expensive than ana. Sq codeshare with ana on ana flights. So might as well buy direct from ana if you want cheaper fares.
Sq codeshare with ana might be of a higher fare bucket. So you may have more freq flyer points.
If you want cheaper price, buy ana clock KF.

Depends on luck i guess. I book my Feb trip last august. SG-Toyko then back to SG frm Osaka. SQ -$800 ANA - 1.2k. zzzzz

I chose to fly this way cos i wanted to take the Sunrise seto to takamatsu. great trip but KIX sxxks.... :S
