Airpod Pro 2 Siri not responding

I am a motorcycle rider and enjoying my airpod quite a lot. I could command SIRI even when I put on my helmet. But, recently when I tried to HEY SIRI my airpod , it didn't get any responses. My airpod and iphone are functioning good when I am not putting on my helmet. Wondering what's went wrong with my airpod nowadays?
