Greetings,

I've recently bought an AE to replace my D-Link router, however when I plugged in the cable from the modem to the AE and have it all set up, it's telling me that there's no internet connection and the it's blinking amber light.
I can connect my devices to the AE's wireless, but there's no internet connection at all.

I tried plugging in back to my D-Link router, and all works well.

Any advices?
Thanks! :)

Did you restart (off then on) the modem after replacing the router?

Solved!
Apparently Starhub (I'm using MaxInfinity Fibre), 'locked' the router and modem they gave me, that why was I couldn't use another brands' router.

Apple told me to give Starhub a call to reconfigure my ONT for direct connection. Or second, to connect my AE to my current wireless router via Ethernet (3 devices!!).
