Airport Rail Link

Direct airport shuttle train to makkasan station is around 150B per person per way. If you want to take the city shuttle train to pratunam area is around 40B per person. It takes around 25-30 minutes to reach rajaprop station, at pratunam.

my opinion is just take normal train..

anyway its quite easy to find ur way to the bts station, its still the same building and there are signs

like the other bro mentioned, paya lebar green line to circle line liddat..

So the express and the non-express are the same line, difference is just the latter has more stops and do not space to put your luggage( like our MRT ).

Does the express has proper compartment to put your luggage?

So, you guys would recommend to switch train rather than cab/walk?

i still won't mind paying more for door-to-door convenience of the taxi... don't want to lug stuff and transfer train/cab etc
i usually take those at the departure hall instead of those at the basement..

they are same line as u said, one has more stops..

the cabin is just like mrt.. luggage just hold on to it as u would on the mrt..

my last trip i took to my hotel nearby and walked to 93 hotel..

if its near 5 - 10 min can just walk else take cab is faster..

but to save cost, take a airport rail then cab/walk rather than cab from hotel

u save maybe the money of buying one shirt?

If u think about savings in terms of items it would be easier.

Taxi around 350B

Train around 40B

Save 310B.
One Bangkok T shirt is around 100B (can be cheaper if u buy more)

So u saved urself 3 T shirts!

6 people definitely cannot, either you split 2 cabs if not all take trains, even if can your luggages all can fit meh?

Yah, the price for the city line (blue) airport shuttle is 40B per person.
Else you can take the express (red) airport shuttle is 150B (Take express to makassan station only

Cab from airport to pratunam area is around 450 - 500 B (excluding toll charge ) You can try those bigger taxi, but so far so small one will only take four ppl max. Taking cab can jam at times, train wont
