After submitting will never reach the part where it will redirect me to my login page will only get a PASS nothing more

Start by debugging on your "success" callback function. Did the function get called ? If so, also debug what is the value of "data" argument.

Use console.debug for this purpose. open your web console, preserve the logs and look at the values generated. Isolate if your javascript is running properly or your server is not returning the intended value.
