easily affordable for genz / mill.
i dont know whats the big fuzz? so many reasons why they can afford.

$5-6K since fresh grad age which bring them to $10k per month by 30.
parents could be rich.
couple could be rich from crypto or investment. seen so many cases.

not saying everyone is like that. but dont need to be overly surprised by some of their fin capabilities.
But if someone who become rich from crypto or investment will choose a 3room flat that cost 1m meh? That one machiam Kanna chop carrot.

The view from Alice’s 39th-floor Clementi flat in Singapore. The price index of resale public housing flats in Singapore has been climbing steadily since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020. Photo: Alice

First-time homeowner Alice*, 29, and her fiancé were so blown away by the view from a 39th-floor public housing flat in Clementi, a neighbourhood in the west of Singapore, they decided within a day that the more than S$1 million (US$780,000) price tag of their new home was worth it.

The three-bedroom, 883 sq ft (82 square metres) flat offered views of the sea and was also within walking distance of the MRT station and the home of Alice’s parents. They negotiated for S$1.018 million – about S$70,000 lower than the seller’s asking price – and sealed the deal last August.

The flat, completed in 2015, would have cost the sellers between S$530,000 and S$650,000 as they bought the flat under the as a build-to-order (BTO) scheme from the government which heavily subsidises the 99-year leasehold BTO housing.

Got all the chemicals from jurong island also. West side jurong air sometimes got weird smell esp near the industrial areas.
yep, bro, that goes without saying. the truth is the same type of flat will cost more in the eastern side of sg.

View is overrated. JB properties got plenty of such views but nobody cares.

At the end of the day it is just a vanity thing which people pay too much for.
JB sure got a lot but dun know can view how many times as anytime can kanna killed or kidnapped for nothing 😂

How often does a person look out of the house? The excitement will be short-lived once the daily grind takes over…
It's everyday for me
2) Candles (The more birthday candles in the distance, the more desirable)
Means what?
as someones whos stays low floors
how longs does its takes tos waits the lifts to goes ups to 39th floor everyday?
ors 12th, 20th floors? :s22:
From 19th to the ground, 33 seconds
It also depends on individual BTO project
might as well buy pinnacle duxton :(
$1m can't even buy the lowest floor
99.9% of the time nobody looks out their wjndow. Even those with balcony remove them.
0.1% for me to not to look
