as shaw could only talk to david.... some how david convinced shaw to build david back up again.
then of coz once david was back up,.... as there was only shaw and david alone..

i meant normal facehuggers are human face size....
it just came out of shaw so small only...

the "face hugger" in Prometheus did not come from the usual Alien eggs, Aliens/Xenomorphs at that time did not truly exist yet

understand your point.. but in the alien earth "Bronski is placed in cryo-sleep to prevent the gestation of the Xenomorph, but this fails" the guy still die due to a chestburster...

as shared by someone above, Alien Earth is as if they any how insert new things and making the lore more n more inconsistent
as audience, we also cannot stop them if some screen or script writer suddenly want to say the Eyeball Octopus make love with the alien and therefore we have yautja/Predators

It's strange that Alien Earth add so much rojak stuff like plants, non xenomorph materials and ability to chit chat with xeno (wtf), but yet ridley Scott very pleased with the series:

Since everyone else answer the other questions.
I will answer the Alien Earth related ones.

That was his lung, not liver.
He lives because they put an artificial lung in his place, thats why he owes prodigy and lan lan have to work for them.
In standard alien breeding theory, the facehugger finds a host, and injects the embryo into the body, the embryo in human case resides in the lung, hence chestburster.

I really love the AvP series. It can be cheesy sometimes but I just love to see them fight each other
