alienware m15x help

Hi. Yesterday when I tried to on my laptop which is alienware m15x as mention, everything start nicely until the loading of desktop. Everything start to freeze. My desktop icon doesn't load, my tool bar which is where the start button is, is not responding. I can't even alt crlt delete. The whole screen just freeze there. Nothing show even when left it for hours. Can I have any help or what should I do? I know going to repair shop will help but which to go only at last resort. I don't have any disk only disk I have is the one that came with when I bought my laptop. I wish to say I didn't came here often so don't mind can whatapps or SMS me the solutions @ 81633532. I think it's about 3-4 years since I bought it. Bought it when I just came out of market

Are you able to reboot to safe mode ? Or is there any startup repair when your reboot ?

I tired but No use still hang at desktop. Is it because of the hard disk? Cause I ask repair hospital they told me maybe is hard disk spoil

Try to enter Advanced Boot Options screen.

Press and hold F8 when you boot up, it should enter the Advanced Boot Options screen.

Next, click 'Repair Your Computer' >> Enter your admin and pwd >> Click Command Prompt option >> type "sfc /scannow" (without the quotes) .

This checks if all system files are in order.

I think there's an option to "boot from last known good configuration" under Advanced System Options.

However, you must be sure that you've backups of your data to be on the safe side..

Btw, confirmed the desktop freeze in safe mode too ?
